The 1st one I received from mynetdeals died on the first use. I emailed them, and they offered to send me another. I accepted their offer and the newer one works great. Fits better in my ear than the original headset for my iphone. There's a button on the mic portion to control answering/ending calls. The same button controls stopping/re-starting your ipod section of your phone, too. This is a much better price than buying Apple's headset (which sets you back $30).
The person with whom I dealt at mynetdeals was friendly and courteous. I would order again from them.

You get what you pay for I guess...
I don't understand what is so hard about making iphone headphones with a microphone that have an over-the-ear clip. Earbuds do not work with me, they fall out of my ears. Add wind resistance while running and forget it. The only headphones with a mic I can find are $100 earbuds (or the ones that come with the phone). Seriously, who wants to pay $100 for headphones? Anyway, I was happy to stumble across these. But they just won't work.
First, the clips are made for a much smaller ear then I've ever seen (almost child-sized, I can't imagine this fitting a man), and they are not adjustable. Second, the microphone is towards the bottom of the cord. So, when I have these on, the mic is down below my ribcage. How is anyone supposed to hear me? The button to advance songs/answer calls is also down there, making it awkward to use.
Not worth the return shipping to send them back.

I had hoped these would be much better than they are. The sound quality is not very good. I use them in the car with my iPhone if someone calls me while I'm on the road. Not recommended for music but it fits the phone and serves the purpose.

I got these as a replacement for a bluetooth ear piece since cause the darn thing was too quiet. They worked great, the headphones were plenty loud, the mic was excellent for a while. One day after a couple of weeks, the sound from the headphones went out and the mic developed a severe echo with the sound was delayed by a second or two.

the biggest flaw in this product is the horrible location of the mic: it is placed way in the bottom. so unless you have a unusually long face and neck, the mic will probably fall below your chest. this becomes problematic when you use it to run or do any kind of cardio because the mic slams against your body and compromises with the quality of the audio output.
