I personally am tired of spending hell'a'money on these bluetooth things. Either I lose it or the volume's too low, or too much static. I have never heard of this brand before but I decided to give it a try. I figured for $10 dollars If it doesn't work not a big deal. This little thing works darn good. Very clear, on both end even with loud music. Glad I gave it a try.

price was great, so I ordered 2. big mistake. first of all, the 'ear bud' portion is NOT user friendly. does not fit properly in ear, and there is a little 'loop' on there that has no purpose at all, except to bother your ear. second, and MOST important, the device itself does not stay connected to phone. constantly had to reprogram it. very frustrating. would work once. then not at all. reprogram, work once, then not. very frustrating. the worst part, was the time it took to get a refund. the company had an attitude. i have found this to be true, after buying many different products from Amazon. be wary of items Amazon is not directly selling to you. when Amazon sell directly, NEVER been a problem. you can trust then.

I like this ear piece; small but good reception. Easy to pair up with my Samsung phone. The only real issue is that it can get a bit uncomfortable on the ear after a bit. I think maybe I need to adjust it better. But for the money, this was a great deal
